This vine occurs most frequently in Germany, but also in Italy, Austria and Luxembourg. The shoot tip of the white Riesling is yellowish green, whitly feltedand and has red hairs. The berries have a green yellow colour and are black dotted. This sort matures very late and needs the best positions. The wines are very racy, elegant, fresh and possess a fruity acid.

This photo is a symbolic photo. Alle grape vareties with yellow or green color are shown as green. All grapes from rose to red, dark-red and red/blue are shown dark red.
