This vine is very wide-spread. Its origin is supposed to be the area around Asti and Casale.
The shoot is white-green with pink borders, its tip strongly woolen.
The young leaf is very bronzed and fived tiered.
Th clusters are pyramid-formed, medium-sized, branched, and compact.
The grapes have a thick skin, a bluish black color, and a sour taste.
